Guests can opt for a weekly fee of $40 instead of the daily fee, payable in cash or check at the front desk upon check-in. Each rental includes one complimentary pool and gym usage. **Access to the tennis courts and children’s playground remains free.** **No Parties or Events** To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and additional fees for extra cleaning or damages.
